• Full payment required when placing orders.
•  We will not take any rush orders and our normal lead time will apply.  We will, however, try our best to accommodate your deadline as best we can, but will not take responsibility for our suppliers/ couriers who will not be able to meet your deadline.  Please place orders well in advance.
• Custom-made items can take up to 8 weeks.
• You will be responsible for the full value of the order once the artwork has been signed off.
• Colours on photos might vary from the original product.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
• On apparel and clothing:  We supply the measuring charts.  Please note that the client must use these measurement charts accordingly before placing orders and Ojala Consulting T/A Le Shaq Co. will take NO responsibility for incorrect sizes ordered.  If apparel was ordered per instructions and we have to return, courier fee will be for your account. NB!  Please measure!
• Manufacturing Tolerance: ± 2cm width & length | 5% – 8% shrinkage after first wash.

• Client will be solely and completely responsible for the correctness of proofs on artwork.  Please check layout, colours, spelling and sizes.
• WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY for mistakes in branding after artwork was approved.  We do not accept returns on incorrect items which have already been branded.
• No returns on swimwear due to hygienic reasons.
• We do not give a guarantee on any bags.  The bags are very high quality depending on how well it is looked after.
• Quotes are valid for 7-14 days.
